Are you procrastinating on your dreams?

Procrastination (noun): the action of delaying or postponing something.

When's the last time you procrastinated?

Was it on Sunday night when you had to get ready for the week?

Maybe it was on Wednesday and you had something important to prep for.

Procrastination is a habit. An act of delaying something.

Are you delaying your dreams?

I know, I know.

How could I ask something like that?

But, are you?

Even when you want something...like a lot.

If we aren't careful, our uncorrected habits can sabotage something we really care about - like making our dreams come true.

It's not just enough to pursue the dream. Why?

Embarking on something new comes with discipline, dedication and consistency.

In order to show up as your best self to produce quality work, there are some mindset shifts and habits that will have to change.

Like the ones that have negative consequences in your life.

If you know you want to create a life that you love,

and you know you want to make some brave moves

so you won't be in the same place tomorrow as you are today,

but you tend to procrastinate on things that are new, maybe even overwhelming, it's important to take sit back.

Analyze on some reasons why you might be delaying or putting off the things you say you really want.

Then, create a plan on how to eradicate the habit of procrastination slowly but surely.

Who knew going after something you loved came with such personal work?

Good news is, you don't have to become better and braver alone. (;

Be intentional about creating better habits and see what a difference it makes in your world this week.

Do the one thing you think you cannot do. Fail at it. Try again. Do better the second time. The only people who never tumble are those who never mount the high wire. This is your moment. Own it.
